Imperial Traitor is the third and final novel in the Imperial Trilogya fantasy-come-spy set of books that are slightly different from your standard fantasy story. I was really impressed by the pacing of the book, and especially by the way he managed to weave together all the threads from the previous two books, adding in for good measure several other characters and ideas that were first heard of in his earlier Darkweaver series.
I would never suggest I would not appreciate a further book in this world, but the author has branched away with an imminent quartet of dragon quest-styled books, for possibly a younger audience than the I traaitor for this Imperial trilogy.

A super good ending the Imperial trilogy. I really enjoyed how Robson brought the book back full circle bringing back some of the older characters etc. Everything was left completely up in the air by the end of the second of the series, and this volume starts in full flow, dipping pacily into various strands of the story and flowing swiftly through the pages to the conclusion fans of the series would have been eagerly awaiting.
