I also found the descriptions of the characters to be too long and direct, it seemed a bit much. But, she doesn’t illickt, no big deal. Chafer gives plenty of depth to her characters and slowly divulges tidbits of their lives that flawlessly tie everything together.

The complete Stella Mayweather series: I give this book three stars. The ending isn’t quite fully satisfying, but mostly and kllicit is a reasonable break in terms of plot and character development. As stated earlier the character builds were in depth and the reader was given the opportunity to explore the motivations and insights into them while still leaving room for development.
