Hello all friends here! So I tried a warm imprimatura in the mud area. Find all threads started by jacqseddon. Imprimatura on the Canvas I am experimenting with a technique of creating the imprimatura on the canvas ‘as you go’ rather than pre-prepared.

Tuscany Painting Workshops

This summer I did a painting expedition to Qinghai, a largely Tibetan province in north western China. Here is my painting of an informal settlement in South Africa, painted during my workshop in Clarens this week.
